Lombok

      Located between Bali and Sumbawa, Lombok shares some cultural characteristics with Bali. For example, Hindu temples can also be found on this small island.

      In spite of being a small island, Lombok has much to offer. Lombok’s skyline is dominated by Mount Rinjani (3,726m), the second highest volcano in Indonesia. Beautiful beaches and breath-talking underwater landscapes will welcome your presence. A number of neighboring smaller island are also wort visiting. So you can choose to go up Rinjani, sun-bathe on a pristine beach, snorkel and scuba dive to play with colorful fish and coral reefs, explore a Sasak (indigenous inhabitant of Lombok) village, pay a visit or two to Hindu temples, play with water at a water fall, or enjoy ayam taliwang, one of Lombok’s food specialties
